What does “1.5× times” mean?
You get 50% extra watch time over the total video duration. Example: if the course has 100 hours of lectures, your total allowable watch time is 150 hours.
Are there any restrictions on playing the videos?
Yes, to protect student data and content, playback is restricted on: Device: The player can be installed on one dedicated laptop only. Views: Each video is limited by the view allowance mentioned for your course. Note: We strongly discourage installing the player on office laptops. If you do so, any playback issues are your responsibility and refunds/partial refunds won’t apply.
Do I need the internet to watch classes?
Online App (streaming): Requires a stable internet connection on Android or laptop. Download mode: Internet is needed to download and for light verification while viewing (data usage is minimal). Pen Drive / Hard Disk: Internet is required once at the start for login & server check; not required thereafter.
Can I start/stop a video whenever I want?
Yes. You can open and close videos any number of times within your view/time allowance.
How will I receive order confirmation?
After successful payment, an invoice/confirmation email is sent to your registered email ID.
What internet speed do you recommend for Online App/Download?
Minimum recommended speed is 1 Mbps. Use unlimited data for the best experience—mobile hotspots aren’t recommended.
